You can book directly through our online booking form, by phone, or in person at the spa. You’ll receive a confirmation as soon as your appointment is set.
Arrive about 15 minutes early to fill out a short wellness intake form. Your therapist will talk through your goals and any concerns before your treatment begins.
Yes — you can request a specific therapist when booking. If they’re unavailable at your preferred time, we’ll suggest the closest match to your needs.
Comfortable, loose clothing is fine for arrival. For most treatments you’ll undress to your comfort level under a robe and sheet — your therapist will guide you.
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a fee.
